The SBR programme and XBRL NL, member of XBRL Europe, announce for November 27 an\u00a0International Seminar on Digitalization and Reporting Standards on the benefits of cross-domain data standardisation in Brussels.<\/p>\n
During the seminar Royal Philips will present their experience on digital regulatory reporting. The seminar will address questions like what role does\u00a0standardisation\u00a0play and what are the expectations for the following decade. Most of all, how do we make sure society, especially businesses, will gain from the promises of standardisation in a digital Europe?<\/p>\n

In October 2017 the\u00a0European Ministers in charge of eGovernment policy and coordination\u00a0from the countries of the European Union have signed a declaration in Tallinn (Estland) about the development of eGovernment.\u00a0 Member States invited the European Commission to further explore Standard Business Reporting (SBR<\/abbr><\/a>) to make company data comparable, transparent and accessible digitally to reduce administrative burdens. in relation to the implementation of the ESMA European Single Electronic Format (ESEF).<\/p>\n The event is aimed at senior representatives of European member states and (supra-)national organizations who are responsible for policies related to external reporting, such as the Transparency Directive and related regulatory reporting.<\/p>\n
