Speaker : Bruno Tesnière Bruno Tesnière is chairman of XBRL Europe and Technical Advisor to the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants (IESBA). He is a former partner and head of independence and risk management of PwC France. Mr. Tesnière has been a member of the XBRL community for over two decades. |
Speaker : Gilles Maguet Gilles Maguet is CEO of XBRL Europe and Secretary General of XBRL France. Gilles Maguet helps to move XBRL forward in Europe in liaising with Institutions/authorities, in organising events and in working group activities, like in Europe for the ESEF, the ESG, and the Banking and Insurance reportings. Gilles Maguet is involved in the XBRL initiative for 20 years. |

Speaker : Petr Wagner Petr Wagner is currently Deputy Head of Unit for corporate reporting, audit and credit rating agencies at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Financial Stability, Financial Services, and Capital Markets Union (DG FISMA). Lawyer by education, he started his professional career in the private sector before joining the European Commission in 2005, where he worked in the Directorate General for Internal Market, in the area of public procurement policy, negotiating the WTO Government Procurement Agreement and then moving to financial services. From 2015 to 2018, Petr represented the EU (DG FISMA) as Finance Counsellor at the EU Delegation to the USA in Washington D.C. Back at the Brussels headquarters, he joined the insurance unit until 2019, then he was appointed Deputy Head of unit of DG FISMA International affairs, with the main task the handling of the negotiations with the United Kingdom in the area of finance. Petr holds a Master degree in European law from the College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium) and a Master degree from the Palacký University in Olomouc (Czech Republic). |

Speaker: Eduardo Moral Prieto Eduardo Moral has been working as a senior policy officer at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) on topics related to audit, corporate reporting, credit rating agencies (CRAs) and securitisation since 2013. Eduardo is currently working in the implementation of the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF), the legislative proposals on the European Single Access Point (ESAP), Article 8 Taxonomy Regulation and the digitalisation of the sustainability information. Previously, he worked six years at the European Commission – DG FISMA, CRA and Audit Unit— where he participated to the development of the CRA3 and Audit Regulation as well as setting up the equivalence regimen and cooperation with third country auditors’ oversight bodies. Eduardo is a Spanish national, and began his career as a supervisor in the Spanish oversight authority for auditors (ICAC) and previously, for insurance entities and pensions funds (DGSFP). He holds masters degrees in law and economics from Deusto University, Bilbao. |

Speaker: Davide Grignani Since 2004 Senior Banker, Managing Director and Head of Société Générale’s Financial Institution Group. He joined SG from Lehman Brothers, where he was already responsible for FIG and managed both origination and execution of IB transactions with the major Italian FIs leading the Italian league tables. Prior to Lehman Brothers he headed Banque Paribas’ Corporate Finance activities in Italy for five years advising industrial and financial clients by realizing a strong improvement in M&A and FIG. He spent 14 years with Banca Commerciale Italiana in Milan and New York handling strategic and corporate finance projects; he also managed the start-up of the group merchant FinComit where he completed M&A, DCM and ECM transactions; from 1989 to 1995 was Managing Director of BCI Investment Banking unit at BIL – Banca Internazionale Lombarda taking care also of family holdings and PIB. He began his career in 1982 as a Financial Economist for Wefa-Chase Econometrics. Board Member of Lehman Brothers Italy, Fiditalia and SGSS – 2S Banca, respectively the specialized consumer financing and securities banks of SG Group in Italy. Since 2020 Chairman of AIAF Associazione Italiana per l’Analisi Finanziaria, Davide holds a degree with honors in Economic and Social Sciences (DES) from Bocconi University and a Master in Finance with honors from NYU, Stern School. Visiting Professor of Finance at the “Carlo Cattaneo” University he has published various articles on macroeconomic and finance subjects.
