Content, objective and attendance of the session
IFRS issuers which are doubled listed in the US and in the EU (also known as FPIs, or Foreign Private Issuers) will have to comply from 2020 to both the ESEF reporting requirements, by filing to the relevant EU National Competent Authority (NCA), and to the EDGAR reporting requirements, by filing to the US SEC. This workshop is aimed at exploring the similarities and differences between ESEF and EDGAR iXBRL reporting requirements.
The objective of this workshop is to support software vendors whose clients include FPIs to understand the differences between the two sets of requirements and to minimise the efforts in complying with both sets of requirements. Expected attendance: Software vendors whose clients include FPIs
